DXC requested De Lune IT to support activities related to the spin-off support of its Workplace Mobility business, a $2.5 billion annual revenue venture. De Lune IT was directly involved in the due diligence, requirements development and management, and to provide analysis of the financials and buyer preparation activities including sales-side due diligence analysis, buyer meeting preparation, and the financial and technical analysis. During this process, De Lune IT maintained a project tracker to achieve stringent timelines. DXC was instrumental in providing technical and financial due diligence during the lead up to the meetings with over ten potential buyers.

De Lune IT provided financial and business analysis support to DXC in a large mergers and acquisition transactions, Specifically, the team provided the technical expertise in developing dashboards to provide end-to-end project management. De Lune directly supported additional components relative to the management of this project for them providing the risk management plan, the communication plan, a work breakdown structure, progress reporting, value attainment of real estate facilities, and other the location of other fixed assets.
